Large conveying through type automatic sandblasting machine with 24 spray guns

Tongbao has more than 20 years of experience in designing and implementing straight-through sandblasting equipment for organizations around the world. This is a large-scale through-type automatic sandblasting machine with 24 spray guns and multiple pressure spray nozzles. The spray guns are firmly installed in an adjustable telescopic Type support. Each spray gun can be locked in a fixed position with the correct offset and angle to direct its jet to a part of the target surface. The spray patterns of multiple spray guns overlap to provide uniform 360-degree work coverage. The feed rate of continuous work through the driveless in-line blasting system is determined by the material handling system in the user's factory.

The entrance and exit sides of the finished shell have a vestibule with a rubber flip cover to isolate the blasting process. The outlet vestibule is equipped with an air knife, which can blow off the medium and dust. The machine manufacturer claims that this three-chamber design reduces the possibility of removing spray media from the cabinet and reduces the operating noise level of the surface treatment system. The full-width side hinged door at the front of the sandblasting cabinet can be used for spray gun adjustment, inspection and maintenance.
