Plastic sand abrasive resin sand grinding media

Under a certain air pressure, the granular polymer abrasive (resin sand abrasive) is sprayed on the surface of the workpiece to achieve the cleaning effect quickly and without damage.

Plastic abrasive use:

 1. The surface treatment of the workpiece, the pretreatment before the surface coating of the workpiece, and the change of the mechanical properties of the workpiece, and the finishing of the surface of the workpiece.

 2. Resin sand should have fields: aviation industry, shipbuilding industry, automobiles, motor cars, machinery manufacturing, molds, rubber, electronics and other fields.

The resin sand applications are as follows:

 ⑴Pre-treatment (surface treatment) electroplating, spraying, painting, etc. are covered by sandblasting before processing;

 ⑵Cleaning: metal workpieces such as casting parts, stamping parts, welding parts, heat-treated parts, etc., to remove oxide scale, residue, and dirt; clean non-metallic surfaces to get rid of hard shells containing carbon dust.

 ⑶ Refurbishment of old parts: refurbishment and cleaning of all moving parts such as automobiles, motorcycles, and electromechanical equipment, which can be depainted and peeled.

 ⑷Burr treatment: the removal of tiny burrs on machined parts and the removal of burrs on the rubber surface (if applicable to the field of rubber tires).

 ⑸Light decoration: all metal products and non-metal products (plastic, crystal, glass, etc.) surface traces are eliminated, and the matte matte surface treatment enhances the quality of the product surface.

 ⑹Clean oil field oil pipes and valve pipelines. There will be no static electricity or sparks during the cleaning process, which ensures the safety factor during the operation.
