High-quality emery non-metallic abrasive
Emery is a synthetic sand composed of olivine and pyroxene, which is widely used for sandblasting cleaning. It has excellent grinding quality, and its cost performance ratio is very competitive. It allows faster cleaning and or reduces abrasive consumption. It is preferred for applications that require rapid cleaning at low cost. However, it is moderately fragile, which means that it shatters on impact, generates very little dust-which is safe for the operator-and results in a lower recyclable media than other synthetic abrasives. Advantage: 1. The density is very weak, which means that a given weight of abrasive has a larger volume 2. Contain less than 1% free silica 3. No heavy metals and toxic substances 4. It can be reused 2-3 times 5. Not classified as hazardous waste Emery parameters
