High-quality glass bead abrasive

Glass beads are one of the abrasives used in box-type sandblasting machines commonly used today. It is chemically inert and can provide a clean surface for parts and equipment without deteriorating the surface due to its gentle cleaning properties. Glass beads are also environmentally friendly and can be processed at low cost without a lot of paperwork.

Glass bead abrasives are suitable for honing, polishing, shot peening, finishing and removing slight burrs and impurities, such as carbon and surface residues in pistons and valves, without removing base metal or dimensional changes. Produces a bright satin finish.

According to thickness, it can be used for:

Coarse: good for removing heavier stains and shot peening stress

Medium Coarse: Conducive to engine transformation, mold texture and soft metal shot peening.

Conventional (medium): suitable for electroplating, anodizing preparation and most general applications

Fine: suitable for clean, clean, pollution and any place where fine surface finish is required.
