Steel cylinder shot blasting machine use：

The cylinder shot blasting machine is used to clean LPG/CNC/gas cylinders, remove rust, remove old paint, eliminate surface stress, and improve the adhesion of the paint film of the workpiece.

There are several types of LPG cylinder shot blasting machines: The first type is a diabolo roller conveyor, which makes the cylinder move horizontally and rotate when it moves forward. One or two shot blasting wheels are fixed on the top of the shot blasting chamber. Since the LPG cylinder rotates when it moves forward, the cylinder can be thoroughly shot blasted from all directions. This machine is continuous.

The second type is the spin button suspension shot blasting machine, which has an I or Y track on the top. This is usually used for small batch shot blasting operations.

The third type is the monorail overhead shot blasting machine, which is a continuous moving process and can be connected to the front and back processes of the entire production line.
