DB500 Mobile A 

This compact trailer is designed to fit a standard garage and has a small form factor, so you can easily operate all controls. It weighs only 1723.3kg (3,800 pounds) and can be towed by almost any truck.

DB500 Mobile XL  

The extra cargo space on the extra trailer can accommodate a complete sandblasted abrasive pallet, and its dry storage can accommodate additional tools or materials you may need at work. The water tank keeps enough for 8 hours of work, and the low deck allows you to easily operate all the controls. It is easier to maintain the compressor, and the space below is doubled as additional storage. At 5400 pounds (2449kg), the (XL) trailer can tow half a ton.

DB800 Mobile

If you need a high-productivity machine that can produce commercial and industrial jobs, then D800 is a good choice. This machine has all the features of D500 Mobile XL, plus a larger sandblasting tank and 300 CFM (≈8.5m3/min) air compressor. This additional airflow allows you to use a larger nozzle size, thereby increasing productivity by about 40%. You will get the job done faster, and you don’t have to stop and refill the sandblasting tank.

DB800 Mobile Dual

The trailer belt double DB800 has two completely independent sandblasting equipment, which can be used by two operators at the same time, and the actual productivity is doubled. Combined, they have a capacity of 16 cubic feet (453.6 liters) and a blasting time of 3 hours. These two 150-gallon (567.8kg) water tanks can refill each blasting tank 5 times without water. This is a high-efficiency trailer-type dust-free sandblasting machine with the capacity and air volume required to handle a large amount of work. The machine is equipped with a 425 CFM (≈12m3/min) compressor, which can achieve high productivity and can store 300 gallons (1135.5kg) of water, so you can refill the fuel tank many times.

DB3000 Mobile

The large trailer-type dust-free mobile sandblasting machine can handle heavy industry and other large tasks. It can run continuously and fill up to 6 hours each time.
