Conveyor type burr sandblasting machine is a kind of plastic burr processing machine. The workpiece can be placed on the mesh conveyor belt manually or through a processing device, and then the conveyor will send the workpiece between the shot blasters in the blasting/shot blasting room. After the shot blasting process, the workpiece enters the purge area, which will clean all the residual shots adhering to the workpiece. After the workpiece leaves the shot blasting chamber, it will leave the machine through a trough (or optional vibrating trough).
In order to support its use in the straight-through surface treatment of continuous structural materials, the sandblasting system is optionally equipped with a storage hopper. When the electronic sensor detects that the medium level is low, the storage hopper will automatically add Medium, this is much earlier than the time when conditions may interrupt the flow of the medium. The medium flows to the spray gun and affects the finishing process. The electronic sensors at the inlet and outlet of the blast hood are linked with the programmable logic controller (PLC) of the system, which automatically turns off the spray gun when there is no work, and turns it back on when the feed is restarted. Sensors and fault indicators are also provided to send out signals to indicate whether the factory air supply pressure has dropped, when the dust bucket is full, or whether the medium should be added to the dispensing storage hopper.
